Cancellation Policy

To cancel your service plan, please request a cancellation form as this will need to be signed to approve the cancellation. Once you cancel all specialty member perks and rewards credits are immediately canceled. We require a 7-day notice as we will not be able to accommodate immediate adjustments. All monthly plans have to be finished before cancellation can be approved.

Reschedule Policy

We require at least a 48 hour notice to reschedule any services. We ask for 48 hour notice as we will need to make any adjustments to your routes and associates schedules in order to provide the best service to all of our guests.  We can usually accommodate your rescheduling request without any issues and by giving us plenty of notice we can work with you in case there are any scheduling conflicts.
